A Summer Wedding at Stenungsögården
From the moment I arrived, the excitement was contagious. Family and friends gathered to celebrate Angeliqa and Marcus on one of those perfect Swedish summer days that seem almost too beautiful to be real.
The ceremony was filled with emotion, followed by hugs, laughter, and happy tears from everyone who came to celebrate them. Throughout the day, there was such a genuine sense of joy that made documenting every moment effortless.
One of the things I loved most was how relaxed everything felt. Couples often worry about timelines or feeling rushed on their wedding day, but Stenungsögården offers the perfect setting to slow down and truly enjoy every moment together.
Portraits Along the Swedish Archipelago
The Swedish West Coast is one of my favorite places in the world to photograph weddings.
Just steps from the venue, we found stunning locations overlooking the water, smooth granite cliffs shaped by centuries of waves, peaceful woodland paths, and beautiful coastal scenery. The soft Scandinavian evening light created the dreamiest conditions for portraits, allowing Angeliqa and Marcus to simply enjoy being together while I documented their connection naturally.
Rather than heavily posed photographs, I always encourage my couples to be present with each other. Those authentic moments—the laughter, quiet conversations, and spontaneous embraces—are what become the photographs you'll treasure decades from now.
